To legally own or transfer an NFA item, individuals, who do not have a Federal Firearms License (FFL), must complete ATF Form 4, pay ATF tax stamp and adhere to all local and state regulations. Additionally, we would like to recommend starting with a low energy ammunition, like a 22LR Short. We tested with subsonic, low noise ammunition (29 Grain and 710 fps) and noticed very little recoil.     Liberty Lance™ is our self-defense firearm developed for responsible gun owners who are looking for a simple and safe firearm. Liberty Lance™ has no magazine, or a complex sliding mechanism. We developed a firearm that can be easily used during an adrenaline-rushing situation. Liberty Lance™ has a similar mechanism, like our Liberty Pen Gun™, but has a push-button to fire. Liberty Lance™ is a single shot firearm, classified as an "Any Other Weapon".
